Legal500 From Hell is an independent review and parody website for experiences with UK legal firms and chambers listed by Legal 500. We are not Legal 500, and are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by it.

A name is not a verdict.

Our satirical name and devil mascot poke fun at professional prestige. A firm appearing here does not mean it has done anything wrong. Every listing starts unrated, and we welcome positive, mixed and negative experiences equally.

How the scoreboard works

Ratings are the arithmetic mean of approved star reviews. Pending, rejected and withdrawn reviews never count. Profile views count one recorded visit per network address, firm and UTC day; automated traffic we recognise and Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control requests are excluded. Views are not a count of unique people.

Where listings come from

We import public organisation names and directory source links, including the Legal 500 London Bar directory. A source link and check date appear on each profile. Listings are directory entries, not a guarantee of current ranking or membership.
