Keep it useful

Distinguish facts from opinions. Avoid threats, discriminatory abuse, doxxing, advertising and unsupported accusations of criminal conduct. Don’t publish privileged legal advice, case documents, private contact details or information about children or other people without permission.

Images and parody

Upload images you have the right to share. Remove private information. Clearly mark satire and AI illustrations as parody; they must not be presented as evidence. AI may help express your account but must not invent it.

Fair moderation

All reviews require admin approval. Moderation checks compliance, not whether the administrator agrees with the rating. We may reject, return or remove content that breaks these rules. Approval is not independent verification of every claim. Firms and reviewers may request a correction, response or review.
